The C3-GATEWAY Battery, is a low-power IoT development board, perfect for most IoT projects that require plenty of memory, reliable wireless communications, and the ability to add a battery to your application, as well as charge it via the USB-C serial port.
With the onboard “solder bridges” you have the option to remove the “User LED” and/or the “Power Indicator LED” to save power if required. You can also add the “Battery Measurement Circuitry” to GPIO3 if you choose to monitor the level of your battery. In addition to this an external 32.768kHz crystal is provided, allowing for an accurate and low power RTC input to the ESP32-C3.

- 8MB (64Mb) of External Flash Memory
- Single cell LiPo Battery Charger Circuit, with 2-Pin battery connector fitted.
- Battery Charge Status LEDs.
- Voltage Divider Circuit with in-line solder bridge for easy insertion if required.
- USB-C Port for programming, debugging and charging LiPo battery.
- High Gain Chip Antenna.
- Designed to Fit on a Bread Board with Space Either Side for Connecting Jumper Wires.
- “User Button” – Connected to GPIO2 (external interrupt pin).
- “User LED” – Single Green LED with in-line solder bridge for easy removal if not required.
- “Power Indicator LED” – Single Red LED with in-line solder bridge for easy removal if not required.
